What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and improve internal HR systems and procedures
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance feedback
• Assist in organizing training sessions, travel logistics, and career development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Act as a culture ambassador—supporting a positive, motivating workplace

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and systems (ATS experience a plus)
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
